Those are great remodeling options. Have you ever thought of turning your bathroom into a mini spa? You can look into steam showers, towel warmers, body spas, and even electric floor warming. I would never leave my bathroom! Remodeling your bathroom can be so much fun. Have you heard of the new reality show Bought & Sold on HGTV? I work with HGTV, and you won’t believe what happens this season. The show airs Sundays at 10pm. I’m sure you’ll find it beneficial. Good luck, and have fun!
Hello! I'm starting to think about remodeling our bathroom when I chanced upon this blog. It really helps to do your research. Now, I'm thinking about hiring a bathroom designer. My mom had her bathroom remodeled and she spent more because of "costly" mistakes. Thanks again!
You give some great advice about the walls. People often forgot that simply changing the walls can change the whole look of the room. Either do it yourself or hire a painting company to give your walls new color or texture. People think wallpaper is outdated, but it depends on what texture and pattern and color you're talking about. Great advice. www.demartini-arnott.com
Thanks for the tips! I have been bugging my husband to remodel our bathroom for a long time. He finally gave in, and now I am looking up different ideas. I will probably end up hiring a painting company to do the paint, but I am still undecided. I would like to save as much money as possible.
I think I would probably remodel and design by myself, but I obviously would like to do a lot of research first and then perhaps review it with a designer for a smaller fee. Is this possible? Also, is there a type of paint that works best in rooms where humidity will be high? Thanks!
