I'm reaching out to all the readers of the ConstructionDeal.com Update. I wanted to get a feel for how many homeowners are planning to do any remodeling this year or next. I know that many people have concerns over the economy, the housing market, inflation, elections, and interest rates. But I also know the average modern American home is aging and could be in need of some serious repairs and/or remodeling.In the next six months, are you planning to do any major renovations?
If so, what type of home renovation projects do you have planned?
If not, what - if anything - is holding you back?

We will definitely be remodeling our bathroom this year. It's hideous pink and yellow 1950's tile needs to go. Not a complete re-do, but the walls, cabinets, and floors need to change.
